Raspberry Pi Webcam + PowerTail Switch Automation Setup Guide #2218012 (License: Personal Use)

This schematic shows a Raspberry Pi using the fswebcam utility to capture video from a Logitech QuickCam via USB, while GPIO pin I/O-17 sends a signal to an Adafruit PowerTail Switch. The switch activates a high-voltage lamp, which illuminates a stylized flower-demonstrating a simple computer vision-triggered lighting system. Ground (GND) is shared between the Pi and switch for circuit stability.

Used in maker tutorials, IoT project documentation, or educational content where users want to build motion-activated or vision-based lighting systems; matches intent for step-by-step hardware/software integration guides.
