Greater Than Less Than Alligators - Fun Math Teaching Tool #3604400 (License: Personal Use)

The image features four cheerful green alligators with expressive eyes and open mouths, each representing the greater-than (>) or less-than (<) symbol by aligning their jaws with numbers. Designed for young learners, the alligators use a memorable “alligator eats the bigger number” analogy to reinforce comparison concepts. Created by Shuli Goodman, this illustration supports hands-on math instruction and printable classroom activities.

Used in elementary math curricula, teacher resource sites, and educational blogs to introduce number comparison; ideal for visual learners and interactive lessons where students physically position alligators between numbers.
